Strategic Plan
Ministry Vision
The Strategic Vision Team, formed by Session in 2007, conducted an extensive strategic review in 2007 and 2008. In May 2008, they invited Rev. Bill Easum to visit our church, assess our strenghts and weaknesses, and provide recommendations for moving into the future to make disciples of Christ. After three presentations by Rev. Easum, the Strategic Vision Team held open forums for feedback from individuals in our faith community.

The Strategic Vision Team was reshaped as the Executive Team of Session for the next phase of this process. They evaluated Easum's report and made their own recommendations to Session, which then agreed to implement Easum's seven recommendations and to assign resources to each area.
The document below incorporates the recommendations made by Easum and the recommendations resulting from Session's strategic review, plus our current progress towards achieving this new Ministry Vision.

The shape and timing for implementating each recommendation will depend on many factors. Meanwhile, we are already moving forward in certain areas to glorify God and more fully live our mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ.
