ABOUT OUR SCHOOL The Children’s Corner is a non-profit organization sponsored by Liberty Corner Presbyterian Church as part of the church’s mission to serve the community. The school is licensed by the State of New Jersey and is currently undergoing accreditation by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
TCC is governed by Director Kim Pagano as well as a committee of church members. Our teachers are qualified professionals who have earned degrees in Childhood Education or hold Child Development Certificates. All staff members receive background checks and fingerprinting prior to employment, attend continuing education classes, and are CPR/First Aid Certified.
Our peanut free/allergy friendly school is well equipped and up-to-date. Each classroom maintains a child-to-teacher ratio that exceeds state requirements and our beautiful church campus includes a library, garden, two enclosed playgrounds and a full-size indoor gymnasium. Advanced security measures are in place and strictly followed to ensure your child’s safety. |
|
HOURS The Children’s Corner is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. |

SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT At TCC, emphasis is placed on Christian beliefs and values. A strong, loving Christian atmosphere is developed through the love of God that is shared with the children by our caring and nurturing staff. In addition to daily prayer, teaching occurs through Bible-based songs and stories, drama, missions projects, and special events.
Each week in “Bible Time,” the children hear a lesson with help from our friend, Woolly Lamb. They are introduced to themes from both the Old and New Testaments, learn Bible verses, and sing songs that compliment the story. It is hoped that each child will learn to celebrate God’s love through Jesus, His son, and to know Jesus as a friend. |
